Unused, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Contact our care team with your order number to schedule a pickup.

Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
